Reception and entrance
The first 30 seconds a client spends in your office shapes their perception of the entire meeting. Reception design - the counter, the wall behind it, the seating, the lighting, and the signage - is where we spend significant design attention. It is also where your brand identity is most visibly expressed in the physical space.
Workstation layout
Open plan, cluster, pod, or hybrid - the workstation layout is driven by how your team works. We plan for headcount, circulation, privacy where needed, and acoustic zoning. Cable management, power outlets, data points, and monitor arm provisions are all part of the workstation design brief, not afterthoughts.
Cabin and private office design
Director cabins, manager cabins, and private offices need to balance authority with accessibility. Glass partitions versus solid walls, acoustic panels, integrated storage, and lighting that works for video calls as well as in-person meetings - these are the specific decisions we work through for each cabin.
Conference and meeting rooms
Acoustic performance in a conference room is as important as its visual design. We specify acoustic ceiling tiles, soft furnishings, and wall panel materials that reduce echo in conference rooms. Table size, screen placement, camera height for video conferencing, and lighting control - all planned before the room is built.
Breakout areas and pantry
The quality of your breakout area affects how people spend their downtime at work and how informal collaboration happens. A well-designed pantry and breakout space is not a luxury - it is a retention tool. We design these spaces to be genuinely comfortable rather than tokenistic.
False ceiling and lighting
Office lighting is one of the most consequential and least-considered decisions in a fit-out. Overhead fluorescent glare reduces focus and creates fatigue. We design layered office lighting - ambient overhead, task lighting at workstations, and accent lighting at reception and meeting rooms - using LED fittings with appropriate colour temperature for work environments.
